Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and student enrollment.
- Oversee end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including social media management, SEM, and email marketing.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage the annual marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI across all channels.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality educational brand positioning.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights through detailed monthly reports.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a marketing leadership or management role, preferably within the education or service industry.
- Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM principles, and social media analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bandung.
