Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with brand identity and sales targets.
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns including social media, influencer partnerships, and experiential marketing.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities for our sportswear line.
- Manage the marketing budget and optimize ROI across all digital and offline advertising channels.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure marketing collateral matches seasonal sportswear collections.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team to achieve key performance indicators.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional marketing experience, preferably within the fashion, retail, or sportswear industry.
- Proven track record of building and executing successful 360-degree marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Exceptional leadership abilities and experience managing diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian fashion consumer and current sportswear trends.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
