Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients interested in property leaseback financing.
- Promote BFI's property leaseback solutions to property owners and investors in the Tangerang area.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients at the Karawaci branch.
- Prepare professional sales presentations and proposals to close deals.
- Coordinate with the finance and legal teams to ensure smooth application processing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Open to fresh graduates (MT) with a strong eagerness to learn.
- Experience in banking, insurance, or real estate is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
- High integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
- Willing to be placed at the Karawaci branch, Tangerang.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
