Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote available residential and commercial properties.
- Manage and update property listings across various digital platforms, including social media, real estate portals, and the company website.
- Coordinate and conduct virtual or in-person property viewings, ensuring a professional representation of the brand.
- Facilitate the tenant application process, including screening, background checks, and documentation management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to provide strategic recommendations for leasing optimization.
- Maintain a high-quality database of leads and follow up promptly with prospective tenants to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure properties are 'move-in ready' for new residents.
- Prepare weekly leasing reports and marketing performance analytics for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate marketing, leasing coordination, or property management support.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium) and digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple property portfolios simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy with experience in managing social media business pages and property listing sites.
- Highly proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to adapt to flexible schedules to accommodate prospective tenant inquiries.
