Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research and analyze leasing opportunities to identify potential tenants.
- Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including site visits, negotiations, and contract preparation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure high retention rates.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and increase mall visibility.
- Coordinate promotional events and activities to engage the community and enhance the mall's brand image.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly leasing sales targets set by the management.
- Monitor market trends to provide strategic recommendations to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail leasing, property management, or marketing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Valid driving license (Sim A) is an advantage.
- Proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer service and sales results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
