In this role, you will act as a consultant to our clients, providing tailored logistics solutions that address their unique supply chain challenges. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client base in Surabaya and surrounding regions.
- Actively prospect for new leads and convert potential customers into long-term partners.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and customized logistics proposals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for new accounts.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and pipeline status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Strong understanding of the local market landscape in Surabaya, East Java.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and building a robust sales pipeline.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for sales management.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
