As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships with our valued clients in the logistics and shipping sector.

We are looking for a result-oriented individual who understands the fast-paced nature of the logistics industry. In this role, you will act as a consultant to our clients, providing tailored logistics solutions that address their unique supply chain challenges. If you are a target-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the Surabaya market, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client base in Surabaya and surrounding regions.
  • Actively prospect for new leads and convert potential customers into long-term partners.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and customized logistics proposals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for new accounts.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and pipeline status.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of the local market landscape in Surabaya, East Java.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets and building a robust sales pipeline.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for sales management.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
