Levi Kuliner Management is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our brand growth in the competitive Jakarta market. In this role, you will be the creative force behind our culinary brands, responsible for crafting compelling campaigns that drive customer engagement, foot traffic, and loyalty.

As our Marketing Manager, you will oversee end-to-end marketing initiatives, from conceptualizing local store marketing to managing sophisticated digital campaigns. You will work closely with operations teams to ensure our brand promise is delivered at every customer touchpoint. If you have a proven track record in F&B marketing, data-driven decision-making, and a creative flair for storytelling, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales performance for our culinary portfolio.
  • Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across social media, influencer partnerships, and performance marketing channels.
  • Coordinate local store marketing (LSM) activities to drive foot traffic and customer retention.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on marketing ROI, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand execution.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, menus, and promotional content.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry in Indonesia.
  • Proven ability to manage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and digital advertising tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for visual branding and content production.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
