Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and content channels.
- Oversee high-quality content production, including photography, videography, and copywriting that aligns with our brand voice.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, brand partners, and local media outlets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage high-profile events and promotions that attract target demographics.
- Monitor industry trends in the hospitality and entertainment sector to ensure the brand remains competitive.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the hospitality, nightlife, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms).
- Proven ability to develop creative campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
- Excellent command of English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Deep understanding of the Bali market landscape and social media trends.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
