You will act as the strategic architect behind our campaigns, ensuring that our messaging resonates powerfully with target audiences across all digital and traditional channels.
As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of marketing operations, from high-level strategic planning and budget management to detailed campaign execution and performance analysis. You will lead a dedicated team of creative professionals, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence. Your deep understanding of data analytics will allow you to optimize our Return on Investment (ROI) and keep us ahead of evolving market trends and competitive landscapes.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive high-quality lead generation.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email channels.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
- Oversee the annual marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for maximum impact.
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
- Create compelling content and visual assets that effectively communicate our brand story.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot), and CRM software.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering projects within strict deadlines.
