Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and guest bookings.
  • Manage all social media channels, content creation, and digital advertising campaigns to drive organic and paid traffic.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to organize and promote hospitality events, launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee public relations efforts and maintain relationships with local influencers, media, and industry partners.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI across all promotional initiatives.
  • Create engaging marketing collaterals including brochures, newsletters, and promotional videos.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality, luxury travel, or F&B sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM principles, and social media analytics.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a strong plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for photography and aesthetic visual storytelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented culture.
