Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and increase market share in the fashion retail sector.
  • Manage end-to-end operations of marketplace platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada), ensuring optimal store performance and product visibility.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and consumer behavior data to iterate strategies for improved ROI and conversion rates.
  • Lead content planning and execution, ensuring brand consistency across all online and offline channels.
  • Collaborate with the buying and merchandising teams to align marketing promotions with seasonal product launches and inventory levels.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum efficiency in media spend and promotional activities.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities and innovative marketing channels.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in marketing, specifically within fashion retail or e-commerce industries.
  • Proven track record in managing marketplace accounts and driving high-volume sales through digital channels.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM principles, and social media advertising.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required for effective stakeholder communication.
