As the Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our brand's evolution. You will bridge the gap between market insights and business execution, ensuring PT Citra Maritime remains the preferred partner for maritime solutions in the Kepulauan Riau region and beyond. This role requires a blend of creative storytelling and analytical rigor to capture B2B opportunities in a competitive landscape.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
- Execute targeted B2B lead generation campaigns focused on shipping and maritime services.
- Conduct detailed market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor movements, and new business opportunities.
- Oversee the company's digital presence, including SEO, LinkedIn professional networking, and website content.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage the production of marketing collateral, technical brochures, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate corporate participation in international maritime exhibitions and local industry events.
- Track, analyze, and report on the ROI of all marketing activities to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing leadership role, ideally within the maritime, logistics, or oil & gas sectors.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and relationship-based selling.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot), and data analytics.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Batam.
