You will act as the guardian of our brand voice across all digital channels, ensuring consistency and authenticity in every touchpoint.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales for Joga Yoga products and services.
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, creating engaging content and managing community interactions.
- Oversee digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media promotions, to optimize ROI and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual assets, including photography, videography, and graphics for campaigns.
- Plan and execute community events, workshops, and retreats to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools to measure campaign success.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and social media management.
- Proven experience in brand management or a similar role within the lifestyle, fashion, or wellness industry.
- Strong proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).
- Excellent understanding of SEO best practices, content marketing, and email marketing strategies.
- Strong creative writing and copywriting skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) is highly preferred.
