Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline retail channels.
- Monitor and analyze daily sales data to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring high ROI on all advertising and promotional expenditures.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing promotions with inventory and stock availability.
- Coordinate brand events, product launches, and experiential marketing activations.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to ensure Chocomory remains a competitive leader in the confectionery industry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the FMCG or F&B sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and sales reporting tools.
- Proven track record in executing successful digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset combined with a disciplined, goal-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential.
