- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for beauty and lifestyle brand portfolios.
- Manage end-to-end influencer partnerships, from scouting and outreach to campaign performance analysis.
- Curate and oversee high-quality organic content calendars to boost brand reach and community engagement.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaign spend and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and production, to ensure visual and tonal consistency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to keep our brands relevant and cutting-edge.
- Drive brand awareness through creative digital activations and community-led initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, specifically within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
- Proven track record in managing influencer marketing and community growth campaigns.
- Strong grasp of social media algorithms, SEO best practices, and digital content trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to write compelling, brand-aligned copy in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools.
- A creative mindset with a portfolio demonstrating successful brand campaigns or partnership management.
