This role is pivotal in driving brand growth, managing localized marketing campaigns, and bridging communication between our local operations and international stakeholders.
As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end marketing lifecycle, from high-level strategy to on-the-ground execution. You will lead a high-performing team to elevate brand presence and ensure our messaging resonates within the competitive North Jakarta market. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
- Oversee the implementation of multi-channel campaigns, including digital, traditional, and social media marketing.
- Serve as the primary linguistic and cultural bridge for projects involving Mandarin-speaking partners and stakeholders.
- Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and provide data-driven reports to senior management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and quality control.
- Analyze market research and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Organize and manage promotional events, launches, and exhibitions in the North Jakarta area.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in a multinational or cross-border environment.
- Mandarin fluency (written and spoken) is strictly required for this position.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and achieving KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian consumer market and local digital trends.
