Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and high performance.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from concept and planning to execution and analysis.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize our market positioning.
- Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure cost-effective resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Design, to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully leading marketing teams and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM practices, and marketing automation software.
