Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase golf course membership sign-ups.
- Manage end-to-end communication and relationship building with existing and prospective members.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity within the Jakarta golf and luxury sports sector.
- Coordinate promotional events, tournaments, and member social gatherings to drive brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set membership KPIs and track performance metrics monthly.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media management and email marketing campaigns.
- Prepare detailed reports on membership acquisition costs and retention rates for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in membership management, hospitality, or premium service marketing.
- Proven ability to develop marketing strategies that result in tangible business growth.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor suitable for high-end clientele.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficient in CRM software and digital marketing analytics tools.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in the golf or private club industry is highly preferred.
