Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to acquire new mortgage loan clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective borrowers and real estate partners.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations regarding mortgage product offerings.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the Depok region.
- Ensure the end-to-end mortgage application process is smooth, accurate, and compliant with company policy.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major from a reputable university.
- Must be willing to be placed and work at our BFI Finance Depok branch.
- Proven track record in sales or marketing, preferably in the mortgage or banking industry.
- No existing employment contracts or legal ties to other companies.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
