Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive marketing campaigns to support property listings and company initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events, open houses, and industry networking sessions.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery and quality control.
- Track and manage marketing budgets, ensuring all expenses are allocated effectively and reported accurately.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate detailed reports to identify trends and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling collateral and sales enablement tools.
- Stay up-to-date with current real estate market trends in Metro Manila to provide actionable marketing insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the Real Estate or Property Development sector.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end event planning and digital campaign execution.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget tracking and procurement management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for branding and design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with digital marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
