Edukasi Mandiri Pratama is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Marketing Officer to join our growing team in Manado. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our brand's visibility and outreach efforts. As our Marketing Officer, you will engage with potential clients, manage promotional activities, and play a critical role in expanding our market presence in North Sulawesi. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and student enrollment.
- Conduct field research and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities in the Manado region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, roadshows, and educational exhibitions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports to track conversion rates.
- Manage social media updates and local advertising materials to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the internal team to refine sales pitches and promotional messaging.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in education marketing is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Manado area.
