Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to promote our restaurant services and seasonal menus.
- Manage and grow our social media presence through engaging content creation and daily community interaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to organize promotional events, food tasting sessions, and dining activations.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and brand positioning.
- Draft and distribute press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials to our loyal customer base.
- Collaborate with local influencers and media partners to increase our digital footprint in the Bandung area.
- Track and report the performance of marketing activities against established KPIs to optimize ROI.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a marketing or branding role, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong understanding of social media management platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Creative mindset with strong graphic design or content creation ability (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Deep knowledge of the local Bandung culinary market and lifestyle trends.
