- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively promote our financial products and services.
- Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and content platforms.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and business objectives.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and roadshows within the Batam region.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize Return on Investment (ROI).
- Maintain a positive brand image and handle public relations inquiries professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license is required for field activities and client visits.
