Panca Terang Abadi is currently seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Marketing Officer to join our team at Graha Sentosa Memorial Park. Based at our prestigious Funeral Home (Rumah Duka) in Jakarta Pusat, you will play a pivotal role in providing compassionate service and marketing solutions to families during their most sensitive times.
In this role, you will act as a consultant, helping clients understand and plan for their future memorial needs with professional grace and integrity. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote Graha Sentosa Memorial Park services.
- Provide empathetic consultation to potential clients regarding memorial products and funeral arrangements.
- Conduct professional presentations and site tours for families interested in our memorial facilities.
- Build and maintain strong networks with community leaders, funeral directors, and key stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, ensuring accuracy in contracts and documentation.
- Participate in community outreach programs and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies in the Jakarta Pusat area.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in hospitality or high-end services.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain composure in sensitive situations.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Highly organized with a professional appearance and a compassionate approach to client interaction.
- Must be willing to be stationed at our Jakarta Pusat location.
