In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for cultivating and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the automotive and finance sectors.
As our Marketing Officer, you will bridge the gap between our insurance products and our business partners, including leasing companies, automotive dealers, insurance agents, and brokers. You will be instrumental in driving growth through consistent engagement, proactive problem-solving, and identifying new market opportunities within the Makassar region. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners including leasing companies, automotive dealers, and independent brokers.
- Conduct regular, systematic visits to dealer showrooms and leasing branches to ensure brand visibility and service alignment.
- Identify, pursue, and onboard new business opportunities to expand our insurance network in Makassar.
- Provide comprehensive training and product knowledge sessions to partner staff to facilitate effective insurance sales.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for sales improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving partner inquiries, concerns, and operational issues.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets set by the regional management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a field marketing, sales, or relationship management role, ideally within the insurance or automotive finance industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of self-motivation, discipline, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Makassar area for field visits.
- Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office/Google Suite) for reporting and administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing customer relationships.
