Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities in the Sleman area.
- Providing consultation and product information to prospective clients regarding BRI credit facilities and savings products.
- Processing loan applications, verifying documents, and conducting credit analysis.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Monitoring credit performance and executing effective follow-up procedures for loan collection.
- Achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to the branch's overall performance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (S1/D3) from any major (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication skills, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Have a valid SIM A (Driving License) as this position involves field activities.
- Honest, disciplined, and highly motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and banking operations.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
