Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote offset printing services.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations for potential clients.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure client requirements are met accurately and timely.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or the printing industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel and visit potential clients within the Banten/Tangerang area.
- Highly disciplined with strong time management skills.
