- Conduct regular visits to assigned retail outlets to monitor daily operations
- Implement and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Address operational issues promptly and ensure smooth execution of store processes
- Maintain brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines across all outlets
- Collaborate with store managers to optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales data and provide insights for improving operational efficiency
- Train and support store staff on new products, promotions, and procedures
- Prepare regular reports on store performance, operational issues, and marketing initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail operations or marketing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management systems
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for store visits
