You will lead our visual merchandising (VM) strategy, overseeing the execution of high-impact in-store displays and creative campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales growth. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute an innovative Visual Merchandising (VM) strategy aligned with global luxury and retail trends.
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative production process for in-store signage, window displays, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with store operations to ensure visual standards are consistently maintained across all retail outlets.
  • Manage and mentor a creative team of designers and VM specialists to foster a culture of high performance and creativity.
  • Analyze sales data and customer flow to optimize store layouts and product placement strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and project timelines to ensure ROI on all creative initiatives.
  • Lead cross-departmental coordination for product launches and seasonal marketing campaigns.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in retail marketing, visual merchandising, or creative management, preferably within the fashion or retail optics industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in retail store design, window displays, and creative campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage and inspire creative teams in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent project management skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate creative concepts into sales-driving results.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
