- Identify and acquire qualified clients for macro financing solutions through targeted marketing campaigns and direct outreach in Jember region
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence for potential venture capital investments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, SMEs, and corporate partners
- Prepare detailed investment proposals and financing recommendations for management approval
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing financial advisory services to clients
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence
- Track market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic positioning
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or financial services with venture capital exposure
- Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate business models and financial projections
- Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management
- Deep understanding of venture capital financing structures and investment criteria
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English
- Familiarity with Jember's local business landscape and entrepreneurial ecosystem
- Professional certifications in finance (CFA, FRM) or venture capital are advantageous
