Tanggung Jawab
- Guide prospective students through enrollment processes and application requirements
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Organize promotional events at high schools and community venues in Tanjung Pinang
- Maintain relationships with educational institutions and community partners
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize strategies based on performance data
- Create compelling marketing materials brochures, social media content, and presentations
- Collaborate with academic teams to ensure accurate program information dissemination
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in marketing, sales, or student recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of local education landscape in Kepulauan Riau preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness for local travel
