Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional nutritional consultations to customers to help them achieve their wellness goals.
- Actively promote and sell healthcare products, supplements, and wellness solutions to meet monthly sales targets.
- Manage pharmacy inventory and ensure products are displayed to maximize visibility and sales potential.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and follow-up.
- Develop and execute in-store marketing activities to drive foot traffic and product awareness.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements for our service offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries with a focus on product knowledge and clinical expertise.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field.
- Proven experience or a strong interest in retail sales and marketing within the healthcare sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex health concepts in simple terms.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a pharmacy setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to daily tasks.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.
