Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Real Estate (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in property marketing or real estate sales
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency with digital presentation tools and CRM software
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Indonesian real estate certification preferred
