Tanggung Jawab
- Compile, verify, and maintain accurate business data for marketing campaigns.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and monthly business activity reports for management.
- Coordinate administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the marketing department.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to provide data-driven insights.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Organize schedules, meetings, and documentation to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Ensure that all data processed is accurate, confidential, and compliant with company policy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a secretarial or marketing administration role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
