Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting field marketing activities to identify and approach potential customers for repeat order car financing.
- Presenting BFI Finance's products and services to existing and prospective clients to drive sales conversion.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Conducting market surveys and competitor analysis within the Telanai Pura and Jambi area.
- Assisting in organizing promotional events and roadshows to increase brand awareness.
- Preparing daily and weekly sales reports and updating customer databases accurately.
- Ensuring all sales activities comply with company policies and regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Residing in Muaro Jambi and the surrounding area.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, neat appearance.
- Demonstrated discipline and a strong work ethic.
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in the field (outdoor activities) and meet sales targets.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
- Valid ID card and willing to undergo a background check.
