Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to understand their computing and electronic needs.
- Provide expert advice and product demonstrations to assist in purchasing decisions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including transaction processing at the POS (Point of Sale).
- Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming store environment.
- Stay updated with the latest technological trends and product specifications to provide accurate information.
- Assist with basic inventory management and restocking of display units.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the store management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a professional and helpful attitude.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian; ability to speak local dialects is a plus.
- Passionate about computers, electronics, and consumer technology.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Friendly, approachable, and possessing a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with operating electronic systems.
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends.
- Fast learner with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
