About the Role
Summarecon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Sales & Casual Leasing Coordinator (SQP) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing sales and casual leasing activities, ensuring maximum revenue generation and strategic partnerships. You will work closely with various stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance our portfolio of events and spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing sales strategies for corporate and edutainment group activities.
- Manage relationships with Online Travel Agents (OTAs) and other distribution channels to optimize visibility and bookings.
- Oversee casual leasing operations, including tenant acquisition, contract negotiation, and relationship management.
- Coordinate event spaces and partnership contracts to ensure seamless execution and mutual benefits.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, leasing metrics, and partnership outcomes for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing sales, leasing, or business development, preferably in the property or hospitality industry.
- In-depth understanding of group activities (corporate and edutainment), OTAs, casual leasing, event spaces, and partnership contracts.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
