Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and foot traffic.
- Manage end-to-end promotional campaigns across both online and offline channels.
- Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to optimize marketing and sales performance.
- Collaborate with the operations team to implement seasonal menu promotions and special events.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to expand the restaurant's market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and local partners for group bookings.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust market positioning accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development, preferably in the F&B or Hospitality industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data into actionable strategies.
- High level of creativity and a proactive approach to solving business challenges.
- Willingness to work from our Jakarta Selatan office.
