NihonGo Japanese Language Center and Consulting is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team in Cengkareng. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping students and professionals realize their dreams of living, working, or studying in Japan.
You will be responsible for building relationships with prospective clients, understanding their academic and career goals, and guiding them through our specialized consultancy programs. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a knack for digital marketing, client acquisition, and closing sales in a competitive educational market.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract potential students and program participants.
- Actively engage with leads through social media, events, and consultation sessions to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Provide detailed information and counseling to clients regarding Japanese study programs and visa consulting services.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to post-enrollment follow-up.
- Maintain a professional relationship with existing and prospective clients to ensure high satisfaction and referrals.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify new market segments and opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and track performance metrics against monthly targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or educational consultancy.
- Strong interest in Japanese language and culture (JLPT certification is a significant advantage).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Social Media Ads, CRM, etc.).
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Willing to be based in Cengkareng, Jakarta Raya.
