Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, client presentations, and closing deals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders within the certification body sector.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and refine our value proposition.
- Create engaging marketing collateral, including brochures, email campaigns, and social media content, to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Sales or Marketing, specifically within a Badan Sertifikasi (Certification Body) environment.
- Strong understanding of the certification and business development landscape in Indonesia.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
