Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for medical equipment
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (doctors, clinics, hospitals)
- Prepare compelling product presentations and demonstrations
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns and materials
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sales support and relationship management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical equipment sales or healthcare marketing
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of medical equipment applications and regulations
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness for travel
