Learning Unlimited is seeking an energetic, strategic, and results-driven Marketing & School Partnership Specialist to join our team in Jakarta Timur. In this role, you will lead our efforts in expanding our educational reach by building strong, collaborative relationships with schools, educational institutions, and community partners.
Your primary focus will be developing and executing strategic marketing plans that optimize our promotional strategy, drive enrollment, and elevate our brand presence. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and student enrollment.
- Identify, pitch, and secure strategic partnerships with K-12 schools, learning centers, and educational communities in Jakarta.
- Organize and manage school roadshows, seminars, workshops, and educational events to promote our English programs.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with key school stakeholders, including school principals, teachers, and coordinators.
- Collaborate with the academic team to align marketing promotions with curriculum offerings and student needs.
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of partnership campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, partnership management, or business development, preferably in the K-12 education sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proven track record of building successful partnerships and executing high-impact marketing campaigns.
- Strong networking abilities with existing connections to schools in the Jakarta area is a major plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with strong project management skills.
