Tanggung Jawab

- Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and user feedback, responding promptly to inquiries and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide monthly reports on campaign success, offering actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with the content and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and alignment with broader marketing goals.

- Assist in optimizing website content and basic SEO efforts to improve organic search visibility.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a keen eye for grammar and tone.
- Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) or willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote work environment.
