Torino's Cafe & Eatery, a beloved dining destination in Surakarta, is seeking a passionate Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our growing team. We need a digital marketing expert to tell our brand story, develop innovative paid and organic campaigns, manage our content calendar, and foster an interactive community across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You will have the autonomy to experiment with new formats and strategies to ensure Torino's remains a standout name in the competitive F&B landscape of Jawa Tengah.
We are looking for a creative powerhouse who is just as comfortable behind a camera as they are analyzing performance data. You will work closely with our management and operations teams to align all marketing initiatives with business objectives, new menu launches, and special events. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive cross-platform social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) focused on measurable brand growth and community engagement.
- Plan, create, and schedule high-quality visual content including photography, videography, Reels, Stories, and static graphics that capture the Torino's brand essence.
- Manage day-to-day community interactions across all digital channels, responding to comments, messages, and reviews with a professional and friendly brand voice.
- Design, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok to increase reach, drive foot traffic, and boost online orders.
- Monitor social media and F&B industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and apply insights to keep our content fresh and ahead of the curve.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROAS) using native analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain the content calendar and collaborate closely with operations to align digital campaigns with new menu launches, promotions, and events.
- Establish and manage partnerships with local influencers, brands, and food bloggers to expand brand reach and build advocacy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a related role (F&B or hospitality experience is a significant advantage).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional content creation skills, including professional-grade photography, videography, and graphic design.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, their unique algorithms, and best practices (especially Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook).
- Hands-on experience with social media advertising tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager) and campaign optimization.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with strong attention to detail and brand voice consistency.
- Proficiency in design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Data-driven and analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or similar platforms to inform strategy.
- Highly creative, proactive, and well-organized, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Surakarta, Jawa Tengah. Local candidates or those willing to relocate are strongly preferred.
