Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive market expansion and increase brand visibility.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with B2B partners, distributors, and B2C customers to ensure high retention.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost sales of premium bakery products.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and revenue targets.
  • Manage the brand image and ensure consistent communication across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Analyze sales data and campaign performance to optimize future marketing strategies and ROI.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the food and beverage or FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales cycles and effective customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic graphic design software.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing content and campaigns.
