Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute localized marketing activities and promotional events in the Bali region.
- Maintain accurate marketing documentation, reports, and administrative files to support campaign tracking.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure promotional materials and marketing assets are effectively distributed.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights for brand growth.
- Manage social media updates and local communication channels to enhance brand visibility.
- Assist in the budgeting and allocation of marketing resources for regional projects.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with the global brand guidelines and corporate standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, administrative coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics in Bali.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting purposes.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Experience in the home appliance or electronics industry is considered a significant advantage.
