Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Manage end-to-end digital and offline marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer loyalty.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Support the sales team by providing high-quality marketing collateral and sales support materials.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or client-facing role.
- Proven track record of driving lead generation and achieving growth targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media management, and content creation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
