Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to hospitals and healthcare facilities in Banyuwangi and surrounding areas
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions
- Present company products/services to medical professionals and stakeholders
- Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies
- Prepare detailed activity reports and sales performance documentation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop territory-specific promotional plans
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or healthcare outreach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English preferred for documentation
