PT Mandiri Raya Tangguh is seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Tangerang Selatan. In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand and our clients, ensuring that our service standards remain high while driving continuous engagement.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 30-40 active clients, acting as the primary point of contact to nurture relationships, identify opportunities, and ensure long-term satisfaction. We are looking for someone with a hunter mindset who is comfortable with professional follow-ups and adept at turning leads into loyal partners.

Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively follow up with existing clients and new leads from our database to maintain active engagement.
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of 30–40 active clients, ensuring consistent communication and service delivery.
- Identify potential up-selling or cross-selling opportunities within your assigned client base.
- Prepare regular progress reports and feedback summaries for internal management.
- Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure all client data is current and actionable.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute campaigns aimed at client retention.
- Resolve client inquiries or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite or standard CRM software.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively across 30-40 accounts.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to be based in Tangerang Selatan.
