Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive market share in the oil & gas sector.
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities within the Indonesian energy landscape.
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing initiatives including social media, SEO, and content strategy to boost brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional regional teams to ensure alignment with global brand standards and local market requirements.
- Organize and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder networking sessions.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable reports to management to optimize ROI.
- Maintain internal communication standards and assist in the development of corporate marketing collateral.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the industrial, energy, or B2B sector.
- Proven track record in developing and managing successful marketing projects with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to write compelling copy.
- A proactive mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment.
- Ability to travel as required for regional industry engagement and events.
